1. Support the Investor in Design Work:
– Consult, survey, review, and support the adjustment and updating of the Feasibility Study Report.
– Review designs and estimates.
– Support the approval, verification, and appraisal of designs, estimates, and infrastructure connection agreements with relevant agencies.
2. Support Bidding Work.
3. Update Reports, Environmental Management Plans, Site Clearance, Resettlement, Gender Action Plans, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Compliance with Environmental and Social Protection Measures.
4. Prepare Environmental and Social Assessment Reports, Financial Analysis, and Economic Efficiency for Additional Subprojects.
5. Construction Supervision and Project Management Support.
