Second Greater Mekong Subregion Tourism Infrastructure for Inclusive Growth Project (TIIGP2) – Hoa Binh province: inclusive of three main projects in this province: (i) Chua Tien Tourism Market: Construction of a market at Lao Ngoai hamlet, Phu Lao commune including a main market house, management unit house, guard house, pump station, rest room and ancillary items; (ii) Parking Yard: Construction of a parking yard including guard house, staff parking area, rest room, electric car ticket selling house, electric car waiting house, management house and ancillary items; and (iii) Access Roads: Construction of access roads with pavements of asphalt & cement concretes, comprising of Roads & New construction of a pre-stress concrete girder bridge.
- Site survey and/or investigation, detailed engineering designs, cost estimates and author supervision during construction
- Preparation of bidding documents and procurement process assistances
- Environmental, social safeguards updating, monitoring and compliance
- Project management support; and
- Public-private partnership arrangements for operations of project-supported facilities.

Access roads: Construction of access roads with pavements of asphalt & cement concretes, comprising of T1 and T2 Roads, Bridge, road slope protection, safety guard rails, lighting system, safety traffic signals with other auxiliary works, water drainage system, retaining walls, prestressed RC bridge and other works on the route.
